1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals who support our mission in education (scholarship quiz), food support, and stray animal welfare.
- Applicants must follow the laws of India and KSV by-laws and have no history of activities against public interest.
- Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Trustees / Executive Committee.
2. Member Conduct
- Treat beneficiaries, volunteers, and staff with respect and dignity at all times.
- Do not misuse the name, emblem, or resources of the Foundation for personal, commercial, or political gain.
- Follow safety guidelines during programs like quizzes, food distribution, and animal rescue.
- Maintain confidentiality of any beneficiary information accessed during activities.
3. Member Rights & Responsibilities
- Participate in activities and propose ideas that align with our objectives.
- Do not represent KSV officially without written permission from the Secretary/Board.
- Members are not personally liable for Trust obligations.
4. Termination
Membership may end if a member resigns in writing, engages in misconduct or illegal activity, or acts against the interests of the Foundation. Decisions by the competent body are final.
5. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. We will notify members via official channels for major changes.
